What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy?

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, hands-on modality. These touch therapy sessions support the inherent health of the entire person, with a focus on the fascial network and nervous system. The touch is light and still. The client is fully clothed on a massage table.

BCST practitioners understand what an optimally functioning nervous system feels like. We train for years to perceive subtle physiological changes. We are also aware of the dynamic map underlying health and how it communicates through symptomology. We believe the fundamental blueprint of health is never lost, no matter how much time has passed or what the ailment. We use our ability to identify the parts of the nervous system that are not functioning optimally to assist the system in bringing itself back into balance. We don’t heal you, we remind your system that it can heal itself.

As part of this whole person approach, I am particularly keen to see a more holistic and spiritual dimension brought into mainstream healthcare…”
